M.Sc (Phys), Ph.D, MACS, MInstP, MMRS, MIMMIn the beginning of year of 2023, Dr. Zeya is a member of National Curriculum of TVET for Automotive Electric Vehicle Training for Government Technical College (GTC) and Government Technical Institute (GTI).. 2015 – till, Dr. Zeya Oo has been a consultant for training in Research Design, Research Methodology and Paper Publication for the Staff Development to all Teaching staff from Technological Universities, Yangon, Mandalay, Kyauksal, Meiktila, Hmawbi, Pathein,Taungngu, Hinthada, Phyi, Myikyina, Taungyi, and Yameethin since 2016.
From 2016-2018, Dr. Zeya was served as a Visiting Professor, Department of Engineering Physics, Yangon Technological University (YTU), especially my responsibility was to produce the International Research Skills Standard for the teaching Staff by using Research Clusters and transdisciplinary research interested members.
In addition, under the Metal and Engineering Sector, he has been working as a Technical Working Group Member, Industry Occupational Competency Standard Sectorial Committee, National Skills Standards Authority (NSSA), and Consultant of Research and Training, Yangon since 2018.
Before that, he served for 20 years in Curtin University as a Senior Lecturer and Professor, Department of Electrical and Computing Engineering, School of Engineering and Science, in Malaysia (Offshore campus of Curtin University Australia) from 1996 to 2016. He achieved Ph.D in the research area of Advanced Ceramics from the Curtin University Australia in 2013.
Dr. Zeya has extensive experience as an educator, researcher, and also awarded Curtin Sarawak Research Fund (CSRF) in 2006 and 2009, funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation (MOST) Malaysia.
His interest research area would be in both technical and Teaching & Learning. Action research for Teaching and Learning, and replaced cement by Geopolymer Research, and Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) are principal research area. He published more than 65 International Peer Review ISI and SCOPUS Journal papers achievements in worldwide. In Myanmar, he is very keen to do research on Teaching and Learning for Outcomes-Based Learning.
He extensively talks on Engineering Education, Teaching Portfolio, and Program Learning Outcomes; How to Design a Research Methodology and How to produce an International Paper Publication; Facilitation High Quality Practices for all Science Educators and Learners.
၂၀၂၃ နှစ်အစတွင် ဒေါက်တာဇေယျာဦးသည် အစိုးရနည်းပညာကောလိပ် (GTC) နှင့် အစိုးရ နည်းပညာ တက္ကသိုလ် )GTI) တို့၏ မော်တော်ယာဥ်လျှပ်စစ်ယာဉ်သင်တန်းအတွက် TVET အမျိုးသား သင်ရိုးညွှန်းတမ်းအဖွဲ့ဝင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် ၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ်အထိ ဒေါက်တာဇေယျာဦးသည် နည်းပညာ တက္ကသိုလ်များဖြစ်ကြသည့် ရန်ကုန်၊ မန္တလေး၊ ကျောက်ဆည်၊ မိတ္ထီလာ၊ မှော်ဘီ၊ ပုသိမ်၊ တောင်ငူ၊ ဟင်္သာတ တို့မှ သင်ကြားရေး ဝန်ထမ်းများ အားလုံး အတွက်လည်းကောင်း ၊ ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်မှ စတင်၍ ဖြူး၊ မြစ်ကြီးနား၊ တောင်ကြီးနှင့် ရမည်းသင်းမြို့ တို့အတွက်လည်းကောင်း သုတေသန ဒီဇိုင်း၊ သုတေသန နည်းစနစ် နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာ အကြံပေးအရာရှိ အဖြစ် လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂၀၁၆ – ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဒေါက်တာဇေယျာဦးသည် ရန်ကုန်နည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ် (YTU) မှ အင်ဂျင် နီယာ ရူပဗေဒဌာန ဧည့်ပါမောက္ခအဖြစ် တာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး အထူးသဖြင့် ဆရာ့၏ တာဝန်မှာ သုတေသန အစုအဖွဲ့များနှင့် သင်ကြားရေး ဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသန စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူများကို အသုံးပြု၍ သင်ကြားရေး ဝန်ထမ်း များအတွက် နိုင်ငံတကာ သုတေသနကျွမ်းကျင်မှု စံနှုန်းကို ပြည့်မှီအောင် ထုတ်လုပ်မှု ပြုလုပ်ပေးရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် ၂၀၁၈ ကတည်းက သတ္တုနှင့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာကဏ္ဍအောက်တွင် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်း အဖွဲ့ အဖွဲ့ဝင်၊ စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းခွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်မှု စံကဏ္ဍကော်မတီ၊ အမျိုးသားကျွမ်းကျင်မှု စံချိန်စံညွှန်း အာဏာ ပိုင် အဖွဲ့ (NSSA) ၊ သုတေသနနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်ရေး အတိုင်ပင်ခံအဖြစ် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးတွင် လုပ်ဆောင် ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၎င်းမတိုင်မီက မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ “(Offshore campus of Curtin University Australia)” တွင် ၁၉၉၆ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်အထိ တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပြီး “ Curtin University ”တွင် အကြီးတန်းကထိကနှင့် ပရော် ဖက်ဆာ ၊ လျှပ်စစ်နှင့် ကွန်ပျူတာအင်ဂျင်နီယာဌာန ၊ အင်ဂျင်နီယာနှင့် သိပ္ပံကျောင်း ၊ Ph. D အဖြစ်နှင့် 2013 ခုနှစ်တွင် “ Curtin University Australia” မှ “Advanced Ceramics” ၏ သုတေသန နယ်ပယ်တွင် ဒေါက်တာဇေယျာအား ပညာတတ် ၊ သုတေသီအဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံများစွာ ရှိသည့်အတွက် “Curtin Sarawak Research Fund (CSRF)”ကိုလည်း ၂၀၀၆ နှင့် ၂၀၀၉ ခုနှစ်တွင် ချီးမြှင့်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
ဆရာကြီး စိတ်ဝင်စားသည့် သုတေသနနယ်ပယ်သည် နည်းပညာပိုင်း ၊ သင်ကြားရေးနှင့် သင်ယူမှု နှစ်မျိုး လုံးတွင် ရှိပါသည်။ သင်ကြားရေးနှင့် သင်ယူခြင်းအတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက် သုတေသနများ၊ Geopolymer Research ဖြင့် ဘိလပ်မြေ အစားထိုး နှင့် Functionally Graded Materials (FGM) တို့သည် အဓိက သုတေသန နယ်ပယ် ဖြစ်သည်။ ဆရာသည် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်းတွင် အောင်မြင်မှုများ ရရှိထားသော International Peer Review ISI နှင့် SCOPUS ဂျာနယ် စာတမ်း ၆၅ ခုကျော်ကို ထုတ်ဝေခဲ့သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ရလဒ်များကိုအခြေခံသည့် သင်ယူမှုဆိုင်ရာ သင်ကြားရေးနှင့် သင်ယူခြင်းဆိုင်ရာများကို သုတေသနပြုလုပ်ရန် စိတ်အားထက်သန်သူ တစ်ယောက်လဲ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဆရာကြီးသည် အင်ဂျင်နီယာ ပညာရေး သင်ကြားမှုအစုစု၊ ပရိုဂရမ်သင်ယူမှု ရလဒ်များ အကြောင်း သုတေသန နည်းစနစ်ကို ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲနည်း နှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ စက္ကူ ထုတ်ဝေမှု ထုတ်လုပ်ပုံ၊ သိပ္ပံပညာ ပေးသူများ နှင့် သင်ယူသူများ အတွက် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှု အရည်အသွေးမြင့် အလေ့အကျင့်များကို အကျယ်တဝင့် ပြောခဲ့ ပါသည်။
၎င်းသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ဒဂုံတက္ကသိုလ် (ရန်ကုန်)၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၂၀၂၃ခုနှစ်တွင် SIMS နှင့် Rietveld ခွဲခြမ်း စိတ်ဖြာခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ “Phase Transitions Studies of the Oxidation of Ti3SiC2 by SIMS နှင့် “သတ္တုများနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ”၊(ပြင်ဦးလွင်) အောက်တိုဘာ ၃၀၊ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် “ Rietveld Analysis” 7th Global Conference on Power, Control and Optimization (PCO 2013) Ti3SiC2-based Advanced Ceramics” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာဖွံ့ဖြိုး တိုးတက်ရေး (CSTD) ညီလာခံကို TU (မြစ်ကြီးနား) တွင် ပြင်ပပညာရှင် အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင် လျက်ရှိသည်။ သိပ္ပံအင်ဂျင်နီယာနှင့် နည်းပညာ ဂျာနယ် အတွက် တည်းဖြတ်သူ ညီလာခံများတွင် နိုင်ငံတကာနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းရှိ စာတမ်းပေါင်း 30 ကိုလည်း ပြန်လည် သုံးသပ်ခဲ့ ပါသည်။

The last company he worked for was a United 9 Company Limited and served as General Manager. United 9 Company Limited sells Samsung products such as TV, refrigerator, It is a company that acquires and distributes washing machines and air conditioners in Myanmar.
Mr. U Aung Si Lin has an MBA (Marketing) from IICSE and is the Founder & CEO of the Continuous Learning College (CLC) and Success Management School (SMS).
Continuing Learning College (CLC); In February 2019, In cooperation with Lincoln University College from Malaysia, the Business Diploma and Marketing Diploma courses were taught by teachers from Yangon University. They are studying together with the teachers.
May 2023, Continuous Learning College has been opened at “No. -111, Corner of 81st Street and 36th Street, Yadana Bhumi (East), Maha Aung Myay Township, Mandalay City” and Certificate, Diploma and MBA classes are opened.

He is one of the people who talks more about the subject of leadership and public-centered, effective service capacity building courses.
As for Sayar U Aung Thura, who has been a military officer/soldier for many years since 1985, Experience in military administration (Military Management), regional ministry factory manager, director Deputy Director (Planning and Research) Experience in regional department administration (Civil Servant Management); In the private teaching sector, archivists, General Manager of Student Affairs and Business Communication MBA course experience as a teacher Management and administration of non-profit educational foundations and NGOs. Until he returned to Myanmar more than 5 years ago, Mr. Aung Thwin taught Diploma of Business Management, Diploma of Business Administration, and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management courses at the Sydney School of Business and Technology in Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Aung Thwin is a Hospitality Management trainer/assessor at the Austed Institute in Sydney. Sydney Austed Institute for Further Education as a Hospitality Management trainer/assessor and assessor, and he has also worked as a Business Management Trainer / Assessor at REACH for Training in Sydney. One of the main reasons Mr. Aung Thwin returned to Myanmar was to share his lifelong experiences abroad with the current generation of Myanmar students. Ph.D (Commerce) (MUE), B.Com (Q ), M.Com (MIE), PGDE (MUFL)Dr. Htet Htet Hlaing received B.Com (Q), M.Com (Meiktila University of Economics) and Ph.D (Monywa University of Economics).
Dr. Htet Htet Hlaing has been an Associate Professor at the University of Cooperative and Management, Sagaing from 2021 to the present University, Mandalay ” and from 2009 to 2011 as an Assistant Lecturer at “ Cooperative University, Phaunggyi”.
Currently, Dr. Htet Htet Hlaing is as a lecturer in the subject of “Financial Management” for “MBA Program” of the “Continuous Learning College”.

ဒေါက်တာ ထက်ထက်လှိုင်သည် ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်မှ ယခုလက်ရှိအချိန်ထိ Associate Professor အဖြစ် “ University of Cooperative and Management, Sagaing”တွင် လည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ် မှ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ် အထိ Lecturer အဖြစ် “Co-operative University, Sagaing” တွင်လည်းကောင်း ၊ ၂၀၁၁ ခုနှစ် မှ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်အထိ Assistant Lecturer အဖြစ် “Co-operative University, Mandalay” တွင် လည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၀၉ ခုနှစ် မှ ၂၀၁၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ Assistant Lecturer အဖြစ် “Co-operative University, Phaunggyi” တွင်လည်းကောင်း သင်ကြားလျက် ရှိပါသည်။

BE(EC), MPA, Dip in Strategic Management & Leadership(UK), Dip in Philosophy, MBA(Thesis)In 2004, Daw Zar Zar Oo received “BE (Electronics), 2nd (ME) at the Mandalay Institute of Technology (MIT)”,in 2018, she received “Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree” from Mandalay University, in 2019, she received a Diploma in Philosophy (D Phil. degree) from Mandalay University, in 2022, she received “Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership (OTHM Level-7)”, and in 2020, she received “Master of Business Administration (MBA).
From 2021 to until now, Daw Zar Zar Oo has been working as “Regional Commercial Leader (RCL)” in “Mobile Money Department of Marketing Division” and from 2005 to 2020, “Assistant Engineer” in “Microwave and Backbone Fiber Transmission” and Trainer, and since 2020 also worked as a Lecturer.
Currently, Daw Zar Zar Oo is a lecturer teaching “Operation Management” subject in the Diploma Program of Continuous Learning College.
