Who we are
About of Continuous Learning College (CLC)Continuous Learning College (CLC) is one of the private education colleges and providing higher education in Yangon and Mandalay. CLC is offering Cooperate Training, Higher Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctorate Programs by collaborating with international universities and institutions such as Lincoln University (Malaysia), International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS), Business & Hospitality School Switzerland (BHS), International Business School of Scandinavia (IBSS) (Denmark), La Xenia International Institute of Switzerland, and ETVA (Malaysia).
Continuous Learning College (CLC) was established in January 2019 and located in Yangon. At first, we began as a center which was focused on Cooperate trainings, Higher Certificate and Diploma. At the same year, we signed an MOU with Lincoln University to start a collaboration for Diploma Courses and mini-MBA.

In 2020, we started Online Trainings and in 2022, there are about 5,000 students who joined with us through Certificate Courses, Diploma Courses and Cooperate Training with online and on campus. In the beginning of 2023, we upgraded from center to college and was composed of an excellent academic team with experienced and outstanding faculty members.
In April 2023, CLC was established a modern campus that have been lecturing the MBA programs in Mandalay. In May 2023, CLC received the accreditation of International Accreditation Organization (IAO) and International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) that is awarded and acknowledged by United States of America.
After the half year of 2023, we have received more fully accreditation from American council of training and development (ACTD) , which is an independent board established in the United States of America that issued a license certificate from the Secretary of State of New Jersey.
The next one we acquired is Programmatic Accreditation from International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE). Then, we, CLC, become the acknowledge member of American Association for Higher Education and Accreditation (AAHEA) , which is one of the oldest non-profit associations in the United States dedicated to the advancement of higher education.
Near the future in 2025, we aim to become one of the well-known Universities in Myanmar. Continuously, we will maintain to emphasize the academic skills of our students who are striving to get higher education.

Continuous College provides students with quality educational experiences and support services that lead to the successful completion of degrees, transfer, certificates, career/technical education and basic skills proficiency. Aims and Objectives
With an increasing need for human capital, Continuous Learning College (CLC) has made the overhauling of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system, it is an autonomous privately own international educational establishment registered with the Star Lin Company Limited 1265/2018-2019 (YGN) , Ministry of Trade in Yangon, Myanmar, lead by a group of foreign graduated and well experienced Myanmar educationists with aims to :
- Providing international learning and teaching standards for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, Engineering, Applied sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences.
- Providing access and pathways to partnering international universities for further educational advancement.
- Providing educational scholarship opportunities for eligible outstanding students.
- Providing affordable costs for international standard higher educations locally.
- Providing applied research facilities and supervisions for graduate and postgraduate degree programs for the nation.
General Objectives
- To present demands of the labor market and also prepare the learner for future demands.
- To ensure the linking of curriculum and syllabus of program and units of competency to align with the Myanmar National Qualification Framework.
- To ensure the recognition and accreditation of all program based on the National Occupational Competency Standards (NOCS), under the scheme of National Skills Standard Authority (NSSA)
- To achieve the quality trainers are the key factor for continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning in various learning venues
- To provide the Internationalization partnerships to gain the international accreditation for the main reputation of Continuous Learning College (CLC).
Specific Objectives
- To develop and design the curriculum to strengthen the strategic of basic knowledge, and 21st century skills ability relationship
- To develop the human resources development strategies that support regional communities need.
- To support the chance of Recognition Prior Learning (RPL) for the lifelong learning system for the Myanmar students.

CLC Milestones
In 2019, Continuous Learning College (CLC) was established as a center.
- In 2019, Continuous Learning College (CLC) signed an MOU to start cooperation with Lincoln University.

- Continuous Learning College (CLC) received a “Full Accreditation Approval Certificate” from International Accreditation Organization (IAO), an “Full Accreditation Certificate” from Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE) and American Council of Training and Development (ACTD) and got a membership at American Association for Higher Education (AAHEA) in 2023 and signed an MOU to cooperate with the BHS Switzerland University.

- Continuous Learning College (CLC) သည် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံမှ အသိအမှတ်ပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ ဖြစ်သည့် International Accreditation Organization (IAO) ထံမှ “အပြည့်အဝ အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ်”၊ Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE) နှင့် American Council of Training and Development (ACTD) မှ “အသိအမှတ်ပြု လက်မှတ်” နှင့် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု ရှိ ရှေးအကျဆုံး အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးနှင့် အသိအမှတ်ပြုအသင်း ဖြစ်သည့် American Association for Higher Education (AAHEA) တွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး BHS Switzerland University နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် MOU လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ပါသည်။
